As the custom interior decorating firm grew, its office needs did, too. Homepolish set up headquarters in a beautiful 12,000-square-foot loft in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, and the team needed multi-use spaces away from their desks to offer a sense of privacy for client meetings, team breakouts and more. And since the company is all about great taste, they needed their space to reflect that with residentially inspired designs that stand up to a bustling, high-traffic work environment.
In lieu of traditional conference tables, we created dynamic, all-purpose lounge areas that address these needs while also offering a destination for personal retreat + refresh.
The loft’s high ceilings, tall windows and white walls provided the perfect blank canvas for layering on rich color and texture. Our deep green Retro Wing Chairs pop against a clean backdrop.

For versatility, we opted for creating two different “moods” within their space. WORKSPACE’s deep blue Marco sofa, paired with warm saddle-leather Lucas Swivel Chairs, gives a glam nod.
Meanwhile, our Marco sofa in a fresh, white upholstery makes a more natural, organic statement, paired with green Retro Wing Chairs and a textural jute rug.
Artful accents like handcrafted rugs, sculptural brass objects and hand-beaded pillows take the space from sterile to settled.
